Salary £25-30,000 pro rata, part-time 3 days a week

We are looking for a passionate, curious and motivating professional to join our team as a CIPD Marker to share their expertise.

CORE VALUES AND SUMMARY OF PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Act as a subject matter specialist, supporting and contributing to the development and delivery of high impact, innovative training programmes in line with Babington’s learner journey blueprint.
  • Follow the Babington course model and associated materials to moderator learners’ assignments to a high standard (grade 2), utilising technology and differentiating learning according to ability.
  • Liaise with the Coach to provide feedback on the learner, ensure learnings are being applied in the workplace and competence gaps are being identified and progressed through practical coaching support in the workplace.
  • Liaise with learners to provide feedback on all work moderated, ensure feedback is constructive, clear, concise, and accurate with detailed written and verbal feedback to all on developing and growing their skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
  • Ensure work is moderated in a timely manner and in line with the learner’s programme and moderation windows.
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of technological advancements and learning methods to influence the shape of provision in line with future customer needs.
  • Manage and facilitate interactive and engaging remote learning interactions, including self-directed research, digital learning, webinars, forums and chat sessions.
  • Manage data relating to individual learner targets including working with other colleagues to ensure the success of the learner.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
  • Level 5 CIPD Human Resources qualification
  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) teaching qualification or willingness to acquire

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of developing individualised learning plans and SMART targets
  • Coaching to embed behavioural change experience
  • Demonstrable experience of managing assessments and managing a caseload of learners.
  • Experience in using digital technologies and experiences to deliver learning
  • Experience of successfully achieving deadlines and working without close supervision
  • Experience of working in an accredited environment, industry, or practice
  • Ability to manage workload, time, and resources effectively and achieve deadlines
  • Ability to deliver to agreed targets.
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to inspire and facilitate learning.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for moderating learners work across our HR, L&D and Coaching Apprenticeship Programmes supporting them towards the successful and timely achievement of their learning programme.
