Description:
We’re looking for a Skincare Sales amd Education Specialist, to lead and manage Independent Clinics, support key third-party accounts, and drive training across the Laser Clinics Group for our skincare brand, Skinstitut.
Responsibilities:
- Identify skill gaps in skincare product knowledge through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Develop training programs and materials in collaboration with the Group Head of Learning & Capability
- Lead “Train the Trainer” events to empower skincare advocates
- Drive engagement with Spark and Skin Learning Lab (LMS)
- Manage independent clinic accounts and support key accounts to drive Skinstitut growth
