Small Business Banker

If successful in this role, you’ll be a part of the newly established business banking division, focused on both small and large businesses. We’ve recently launched a digital-first banking offering for small businesses, alongside our commercial offering.
The Business Bank manages product, distribution, financial performance, technology, data, governance, risk & compliance, working closely with other teams within the Bank and an exciting new technology platform.
This platform offers a 4th generation banking and operations platform, providing intuitive digital banking, faster time-to-market, innovative products, offers, and fintech-like personalisation.
In this role, you will grow and retain a book of small business customers through effective leads and customer management. You will deliver quality needs-based conversations that translate to positive member outcomes. And, as well as this, you will create a seamless customer experience, supported by your colleagues, through every interaction.
