Overview: FBinsure, a Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, is looking for a Sales Producer to join their growing Small Business Team! If you are a producer or an account manager that is looking to join a dynamic organization and launch your career to the next level, please read on!
This position is offered in a hybrid remote work capacity with the potential for fully remote after the training period is complete. FBinsure’s headquarters is located out of Taunton, MA, however, this position can be based out of any of their offices located in Massachusetts.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, & results driven individual. If you are knowledgeable in small business insurance, have high positive energy, the ability to organize a multi-task workload and a desire to provide a high-level of expertise to meet clients’ needs, this role is what you are looking for.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years P&C Insurance sales and/or account management experience
  • Valid Property & Casualty License
  • Drivers License
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, results driven self-starter
  • High-level of interpersonal skills with a client-service focused mind-set
  • Well organized & detail-oriented
  • Quick learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, & Teams

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients who call-in or e-mail FBinsure inquiring about commercial insurance policies and/or programs.
  • Manage the sales cycle from start to finish through active listening, negotiation, tailoring and closing new business.
  • Establish relationships with insurance carrier & wholesale underwriters with a clear understanding of the carrier & wholesale appetite utilizing their respective online quoting systems.
  • Fosters a collaborative working dynamic with team members for effective communication & support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct a policy review and engages with probing questions to develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ needs and recommend coverages throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all agency stakeholders through positive interactions, effective communication, and ensures follow through of set expectations.
