Smart Home Technician / Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

• You must speak confidently and enjoy interacting with people.
• Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
• Experience and knowledge in Smart Home solutions will be an advantage
• High aptitude and strong analytical skills
• Proficient in English.
• Must have at least basic electrical knowledge (eg. changing wall switches, light strips connections etc)
• Understand and have experience in networking setup
• Highly motivated and able to work independently and also work as a team
• IT Savvy - able to use Microsoft Office / Google Docs/Sheets
• Fast Learner and quick to adapt to changes
• The ideal candidate will have strong determination and perseverance.

You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.

• Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client
• Setup up and install smart home devices
• On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system
• Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
• Setup rules and logic for smart home system
• Providing customer support
• Building positive customer relationships
• Setup Networking solutions within the client’s home
• Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation
• Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range.
