We are looking for a Smart Repairer to join our friendly team. The successful candidate will maximise customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs undertaken are on time and of the highest standard of quality. To rise to the challenge, you will need to be fully skilled and have previous workshop experience. You will carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles, to name but a few of the tasks.

  • Are you able to work on your own?
  • Do you have sharp attention to detail?
  • Have you had at least 2 years experience in a similar role?
  • Do you have the attitude to make it happen by driving the standard in customer care?
  • Are you familiar with modern paint systems?

Responsibilities:

FOR YOUR FIRST 2 DAYS IN THE BUSINESS, YOU’LL BE ATTENDING OUR FANTASTIC RESIDENTIAL INDUCTION ACADEMY. THIS IS AT A LOVELY HOTEL IN THE HEART OF THE NORTHAMPTON COUNTRYSIDE, WHERE YOU’LL LEARN ALL ABOUT OUR BUSINESS BEFORE YOU START YOUR NEW ROLE.
