The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a pivotal role focused on maximizing customer value and success through TigerConnect’s clinical collaboration platform. This role is designed for a proactive, strategic thinker who excels in building strong customer relationships and guiding clients through effective onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is adept at balancing customer needs with business goals, delivering insights to enhance clinical communication, and fostering adoption and retention through digital and personalized outreach methods. This role will be focused on our SMB segment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as a trusted advisor, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to guide them to successful outcomes
- Understand clients’ strategic goals, priorities, and metrics of success to align our solutions with their objectives
- Work closely with project managers and clinical SMEs to document and share client success stories and ROI
- Identify at-risk clients early and strategize interventions to address challenges
- Leverage customer usage data to provide actionable insights, promoting improved workflows, adoption, and value realization
Recommend additional TigerConnect services and products to support clients’ goals in clinical communication and teamwork
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Clinical, or a related field, with 2-4 years of client partnership experience
- Background in healthcare or healthcare technology preferred
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills across various management levels
- Proficient in analyzing customer data to drive strategy and recommendations
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations
- Experienced in managing multiple tasks or projects with strategic prioritization
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM technologies
- Previous experience in SaaS, mobility, cloud, or healthcare industry within a high-growth environment is beneficial
