The Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment within SMC is at the leading edge of growth and transformation. It’s a tremendous growth engine for the company dedicated to bringing the Microsoft cloud to millions of SMB customers worldwide through scalable routes to market, growing revenue, market share and net new customers while enabling a high level of customer and partner experience
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leader to drive sales in the small and medium business segment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem in Spain. This role requires a leader who can effectively influence and lead teams without direct reporting lines, demonstrating strong leadership through collaboration and strategic vision.
The successful candidate will be highly goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving growth. QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience of sales leadership experience in SMB segment or related field
- Proven track record of delivering business results and customer satisfaction
- Strong cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
- Fluent in Danish and English
