    As we rollout our growth plans for 2024 & beyond we now require to position SME Sales people in Leinster. These exciting new career roles will sit within our main Protective Services & Solutions Commercial team. An epic new team that has strong growth trajectory for the future.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The focus of this role will be to develop and target new business within the specified geographic region. Delivering exceptional sales execution, customer service & product knowledge. Focusing on new business sales from our Six Protective Services & Solutions, products aligning to our achievable targets & goals.
The position is predominantly based in the field, where you’ll be equipped to create quotes & convert business whilst on the go! This role shall self generate new business & also be reactive to inbound leads the business shall create from our digital marketing campaigns & other sales activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong sales skills with high levels of proven conversion
  • Exceptional verbal communication & presenting skills
  • Excellent written skills to prepare proposals to customers
  • An understanding of the Irish security market (Additional training can be provided)
  • The ability to operate to a targets based sales role with strong ability of closing on success
  • Fantastic listening skills with ability to link products to customers needs and requirements.
  • High understanding and ability of using Microsoft office products & CRM systems.
  • Experience in managing the full sales cycle.
  • Teamwork oriented individual able to share best practice and add to positive team culture.
  • Prioritise focus on strongest opportunities and qualify leads correctly.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectation to deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Highly self motivated and driven to consistently deliver results.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative & improve sales performance.
  • A positive mindset & outlook whilst interacting with customers & colleagues.
