Our vision is to promote, grow and sustain Māori language, knowledge and culture, according to tikanga Māori practice.
This is an exciting time to be part of Māori and indigenous scholarship, and our success relies on the excellence of our people and our connection to the communities that we serve. We offer a stimulating teaching, research and professional working environment in one of our three campuses: our main campus in Whakatāne, Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) and Te Tai Tokerau (Northland).

Specifically, you will set up and maintain programme and course information, tauira information, timetabling information, and generate reports.
Auditing is a key component of the role therefore you will have an eye for detail in supporting our tauira, staff and stakeholders by maintaining the integrity of data, and our SMIS system, by ensuring system compliance requirements are met.
Applicants who have the following are encouraged to apply:
- At least 3 years previous administration experience in a role administering an organisational wide database system.
- Previous experience working in a tertiary organisation, preferably with experience using a student information system.
- Experience with Office 365 products.
- Previous administration experience relevant to auditing/systems compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
