Findex are currently looking for a SMSF Manager to join our dynamic team! This role is flexible to being based in Mildura, Adelaide or one of our Tasmanian offices depending on the person.

The SMSF Manager will lead a team of 4-6 accounting staff, to ensure that we deliver accurate superannuation compliance services to clients in a timely manner.
As SMSF Manager you will coach, empower, and support your team members to deliver outcomes that are timely, relevant and accurate. This will be achieved by reviewing team members’ work to ensure correct accounting and taxation standards are applied . Liaising with internal & external financial planners, accountants and other stakeholders to monitor and drive our workflows, aiming at optimal utilisation of resources
