FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

They are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join their busy surface mount department. In this role, you will be integral to the complete SMT production process, including the off-line setup of machines, managing reeling operations, and operating automatic solder paste machines. You will also be responsible for configuring reflow and vapor phase machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
While experience operating SMT equipment in a production environment is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome candidates with a technical background in electronic manufacturing who demonstrate a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Excel. A solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and IPC workmanship would be highly beneficial.
