Description:
Job Description
- Setup , debug and optimize equipment and programs.
- Create, debug, and optimize machine programs.
- Operate the production equipment and meet goals.
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment and systems.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, working with manufacturers and field representatives to assist in troubleshooting and to procure replacement parts.
- Identify, initiate and implement continuous improvement solutions for process optimization, cost reduction, and yield enhancements.
- Analyse data to identify, analyse and resolve systemic process and performance issues.
- Meet in-house and Customers’ process and quality requirements.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably 1 to 2 Year(s) of work experience in the related field.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production /Operations or equivalent
