JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to manage the operations of our snooker boards and tennis facility. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, meet daily revenue targets, and maintain a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. This is a performance-based role with a unique reward structure tied to revenue generation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in managing or operating snooker boards, gaming facilities, or recreational activities is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to attract customers and create a lively and engaging environment.
- Basic cash handling and record-keeping skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and oversee the day-to-day activities of two snooker boards and one tennis facility.
- Meet a daily revenue target of NGN 10,000, remitting this amount to the company at the end of each day.
- Earn service fees based on any additional revenue generated beyond the daily target.
- Promote and attract players to the snooker and tennis facilities, ensuring high patronage.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the snooker boards and tennis equipment are clean, well-maintained, and available for use.
- Monitor facility usage, maintain accurate records, and reconcile daily revenue.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, creating a positive experience for all users.
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for players and spectators.Suggest and implement strategies to increase facility usage and overall revenue.
