Do you have snowmaking experience? Are you looking to step into a leadership position? We are looking to hire a Snowmaking Lead Hand for our Slopes department for the upcoming winter season. We have a state-of-the-art fleet consisting of 32 machines with the addition of three new fan guns and five stick guns this season. Can you work alone or in a team? There is also an opportunity to move to the grooming department once snowmaking is finished for the season. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure all SPR policies are adhered to as outlined in the current Employee handbook, as well as all applicable WorkSafe regulations & any other applicable industry regulations
• Lead, designate and make decisions in all types of situations
• Supervision and motivation of staff
• Understand and work towards departments and the company’s goals and objectives
• Observe and adhere to all company safety, operating and maintenance Guidelines
• Follow the instruction, paying close attention to detail
• Perform pre-startup inspections, walk-around checks and maintain all machinery and equipment
• Maintain a high standard of quality in communication, respect for equipment, co-workers, and quality of the product
