Advanced Analytics is a newly created function in ASM Global Operations target to reimagine and reinvent how advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and intelligent automation can help to revolutionize Operations, improve various business outcome and drive innovation. We are looking for an experienced, driven AI Program Manager to join us as the pioneer leader to shape out AI strategy and roadmap, showcasing the potential for AI through early-stage solution, and innovate solutions and drive outcome towards our “Digital Twin for Operations” future. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor/ master’s degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering or related specifications.
  • Adaptability and continuous learning to stay up to date with latest development in AI, new tools, technics and advancements emerging all the time.
  • Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills are vital.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in high mix/low volume manufacturing or similar hi-tech environment
  • Proven record in solution deployment across functions.
  • Analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills; able to build influential relationship with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • PMP certification preferred; Experienced in Agile methodology, Scrum Master/ Product Owner certified preferred.
  • Experience with ML, deep learning, Computer Vision, TensorFlow, Python, NLP. Knowledge in Generative AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Key interface of the team to various stakeholders in various Operations functions.
  • Manage end to end AI programs/ intelligent automation solutions and deployment roadmap.
  • Explore, discover AI and Automation partners to accelerate AI and Automation development and deployment. Manage assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscape, partners network.
  • Manage and direct processes and lead process re-engineering initiatives to meet the needs of our AI strategy. Engage subject matter experts in business process and human experience and employing technics such as design thinking to understand customer needs and human behaviors to build a rich and feature library for Machine Learning models.
  • Work on feasibility studies, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with IT, Digital and business/advanced analytics team, executive leadership.
  • Articulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubation.
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance and improvement.

  • Conduct trainings, talks for AI Awareness
  • Promoting collaboration and openness, ethical AI
