Responsibilities:
Our award-winning Kitchen Team has a new and exciting opportunity for a Snr Chef de Partie - Pastry to join us on a full-time contract, as we complete an exciting year in 2024. Led by our Executive Chef, working in a friendly and inclusive kitchen, you will create superb plated desserts from 3 rosettes to intricate afternoon tea pastries using fresh and local produce. We cater for private events from 6 to 600 guests.
This is an exciting and challenging role that will allow you to transfer and develop your skills and progress. Reporting into the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for your own section and gain invaluable guidance and development from within the resort.
