Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be part of the Cabin Crew Learning & Development department, Cabin Crew division of SIA. He/She will ensure that the training developed for SIA cabin crew is holistic and of high standards, so that the crew are aligned to SIA’s company mission, corporate objectives and core values, while at the same time developing SIA cabin crew so that they reveal themselves to be professionals committed to delivering quality customer service during their career with SIA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A university degree in any discipline is acceptable
  • Training-related qualifications (such as ACTA, ACLP, DACE)
  • Project management (which includes project planning and use of PM tools such as JIRA)
  • Product management (which includes requirements gathering and quality assurance testing)
  • Data analysis, and any proficiency in data visualisation will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of learning and development methods
  • Familiar with e-learning platforms and digital tools
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical with a keen sense for numbers
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Team player
  • Resourceful and adaptable
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality training for Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) trainees and Returning Crew Scheme (RCS) crew to inculcate service excellence.
  • Conduct wet run assessments to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Manage Cabin Crew Readiness Programme (CCRP) and Motivational Programmes (SOAR) to ensure all content are updated timely to maintain the relevancy and learning effectiveness.
  • Maintain and ensure training mock-up facilities are serviceable / functional and conform to Safe Management Guidelines.
  • Manage and supervise the Special Duties Crew in CCLD to enhance their training-related competencies.
  • Handle disciplinary and grooming issues of CCRP trainees to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with IT team to create and manage immersive library of virtual learning content (AR/VR).
  • Conduct grooming review for Cabin Crew to ensure they conform to the approved grooming guidelines.
  • Drive sustainability related initiatives in CCLD.
  • Assist in additional duties / projects when assigned.
