The Opportunity:
The Senior Manager of HR Technology will take ownership of Sitecore’s global HR systems, including Workday and Jobvite, driving the day-to-day execution, architecture, and transformation of our HR tech stack. This is a highly hands-on role where you’ll implement solutions that meet business needs while directly managing systems, integrations, and data processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our HR systems operate efficiently and scale as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and deliver solutions to optimize our HR tech stack, focusing on immediate business demands with clear, actionable outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations and tactical execution of Workday, Jobvite, and other HR systems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and integrations meet business needs.
- Actively manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations to support HR program deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure that HR systems align with technology guidelines, policies, and security protocols.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact between HR and IT for module deployment and global requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular auditing of HR data, maintaining data integrity at all times.
- Partner with the Head of HR Operations to implement technology improvements, focusing on automation and process efficiency.
- Lead and participate in hands-on HR projects that involve systems, business processes, and tech integrations, ensuring smooth execution to meet business goals.
