REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Email/Newsletter Tools: Broad experience with tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, or other similar platforms (block builders only, no HTML required).
• Website Management: Basic understanding of WordPress and experience managing web environments and landing pages.Soft Skills:
• Eager to learn and explore new tools and working methods.
• Curious and efficient in integrating AI tools into the creative process.
• Strong team player, ready to work collaboratively with the Marketing team.
• Good understanding of digital marketing strategies (prior marketing experience is a plus).
• Natural problem-solver with a keen interest in following design trends.
• An organized and structured approach to work, particularly when balancing templates with new design needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing design roles, either in-house or agency.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Designer to join our team. This is a senior-level position, ideal for a creative, hands-on designer with a strong understanding of social media, digital ads, and marketing design best practices. You will be working closely with our Marketing team to create high-quality, compelling visual content across various platforms. The role includes a mix of ongoing creative work and one-off, larger projects that align with quarterly needs.

Senior-Level: We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, with a background in either in-house marketing or agency experience.

• Available to work within CET hours, since you will closely collaborate with our Marketing Team.
• Strong English verbal and written skills.

ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update web and portfolio content (WordPress experience preferred; design using Figma/Adobe).
• Create and optimize email/newsletter designs, adaptable across various tools such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
• Design digital ads and web pages with best practices for both mobile and desktop experiences.
