  Jon Baines Tours is a leading provider of specialised and unique study tours. Trusted and highly experienced, JBT has run fully escorted medical, professional and cultural tours and cruises around the world since 2007. The tours are led by handpicked tour leaders who are experts in their field.
  Based in London and Melbourne, we curate small-group experiences that inspire and educate healthcare professionals and culturally curious travelers.
  With a family-owned ethos and a passionate team, we combine our love of travel with exceptional expertise. Our co-owners, Jon and Karen, lead the business from the Australian office and we have a small London team, within which this role will sit.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SKILLED, CONFIDENT MARKETING PROFESSIONAL TO INTEGRATE INTO OUR CLOSE-KNIT TEAM.

You will be a self-starter and a skilled Snr Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager with the ability to create, deliver and manage a strategic marketing plan for our tours and brand. You will support the Head of Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy and associated campaigns.
This role is a minimum of 3-4 days per week or across a 5-day week if, for example, you are working school hours.

• (HubSpot/Mailchimp)?
• Do you have a good understanding of CRM software, online marketing tools and social media management?
• Do you have strong project management and organisational skills?
• Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills?
• Are you able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment?
• An extra bonus if you are you familiar with the travel, education, or healthcare sectors.

WHAT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
