Description:

As a Social Account Manager at 1000heads, you will take on a dual role that blends client services expertise with hands-on social media execution. You will take ownership of client accounts, executing the strategy, planning, and delivery of social media campaigns while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internally with our teams across various offices.
Your responsibilities will include implementing innovative social media strategies that align with client objectives, managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables. As the account manager, you will lead the creation of content calendars, oversee social campaigns, and analyse the performance of content. You’ll also develop and manage influencer and ambassador campaigns, including creating proposals, coordinating collaborations, and ensuring they deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.
You’ll act as the driving force behind creative ideation and tactical execution, from crafting social posts to engaging with online communities while providing guidance and regular updates to clients.
Beyond social media, you may also play a key role in broader digital marketing projects and experiential activations, such as website campaigns, event management, or integrated brand campaigns. There will also be opportunities to be involved in the pitch and new business process. This adds variety and scope to your role, offering opportunities to expand your expertise.
This position requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. You’ll be a proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding social campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+years of experience in advertising and/or social media
  • Project Management – Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management – Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to help develop innovative social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Content Creation – Proficiency in developing engaging, platform-specific content.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Strong skills in interpreting data to evaluate performance
  • Platform Expertise – Deep understanding of major social media platforms, tools, and trends.
  • Creativity – Ability to think outside the box and develop compelling campaign ideas.
