• Manage and optimise our social media accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase followers, engagement, and conversions
• Create lo-fi video content
• Create engaging, visually appealing content that is on brand which resonates with our target audience
• Implement social media campaigns to promote our properties, services, completed and current development projects, company news and team profiles and results
• Monitor social media performance and provide regular analytics reports to inform strategy practices
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our approach remains effective and innovative
• Collaborate with the sales and leasing team in both residential and commercial departments to integrate social media into the overall marketing mix
