The L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Social Brand Manager will be part of the Marketing team, with matrix to the Digital team (A&I Manager) and will closely work with Corporate Advocacy, Corporate Affairs & Engagement, Vichy Medical, Marketing, Commercial & Training departments.
The LDB Social Brand Manager will lead and monitor 2 external agencies: A&I agency and the Community Management agency;

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in actively managing a brand or company’s Social Media Programs
- Similar experience, minimum 6 months
- Knowledge of top social media platforms including usage, demographics and marketing opportunities
- Knowledge of social media best practices and LEGAL + GDPR guidelines
- Good presentation & negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analytics
- Very strong verbal/written communication skills in both Romanian and English
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word )
