We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Social Care Leader to join our team in Adult Respite Services, Ard na Mara, Ladysbridge, Cork.
Contract Type: Permanent
Contract Hours: 39 hours per week
Salary Scale: €50,669 to €59,545 pro rata per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 31/32/34 days (depending on experience) per annum

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must have a suitable standard of professional attainments.

And

• Candidates must have the requisite knowledge and ability (including a high standard of suitability and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office)

And

• Must be eligible for registration on the Social Care Workers registration board with CORU from November 2023, must obtain such registration by November 2025 and must maintain such registration for the duration of employment in this role. Please click here for list of CORU approved qualifications
• Experience in the delivery of person-centred systems, services and supports
• Experience of supervisory management and leading and directing care teams
• Full clean manual license
