Join our hardworking team at Gansey as a Social Care Worker, where you will ensure a high quality, person centred service is being delivered to service users.
Gansey is a 12 bedded Residential Home in the South of the Island. The aim of our home is to provide service users with a fulfilled life, enabling them to live as independently as possible with privacy, dignity and the opportunity to make their own choices and decisions within a care home setting.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Planning and facilitating activities, both in and out of the home.
  • Supporting service users with personal care needs.
  • Administering medication in accordance with Manx Care Policy and standards of best practice.

Within this role, you will be required to work shifts, including night shifts, on a rotational basis.
