A Day in the Life
As a Social Content Manager for L’Oréal Luxe in Dubai, you will be at the forefront of crafting engaging narratives that resonate with our diverse audience. Reporting to the Communication & Social Advocacy Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of 7, working to elevate our luxury brands through innovative social media strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with strategic thinking, driving brand desirability and fostering meaningful connections with our community.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Lead and manage the social media pages for our brands in collaboration with our social media agency.
  • Ensure the social media calendar aligns with marketing and PR plans.
  • Oversee content scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.

Creative Ideation & PR Seeding

  • Develop unique and engaging PR seeding kits that excite influencers and media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to bring brand stories to life through innovative packaging and experiences.

Influencer Collaboration

  • Create detailed influencer briefs to ensure brand messaging is clear and impactful.
  • Work closely with PR and influencer teams to activate partnerships effectively.

Content Creation & Trend Spotting

  • Develop engaging content to showcase products creatively across social media.
  • Capture event coverage, behind-the-scenes moments, and live content.
  • Identify and implement the latest social media trends to keep our brands ahead of the curve.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and on-brand manner.
  • Foster an engaged online community by interacting with followers and influencers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with PR, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Support social media activations at events, launches, and influencer gatherings.
  • Align with the creative team on content aesthetics and brand guidelines.
