To complete our global team and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Social Controller and Compensation.
Required skill set:
- 2 years previous Social Controlling or Compensation background
- Graduated with Master in HR &/or Management
- Excel knowledge - advanced level
- Anaplan knowledge (nice to have – not mandatory)
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong business partnering and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Eager to evolve in a fast-moving international environment
- Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities
- Proactive, agile & rigorou
Responsibilities:
Take care of bonus campaign management:
- Participate to the bonus campaign by providing support on database creation
- Provide support to end users during the campaign, in order to ensure the campaign is properly filled in
- Once payouts are approved, send payouts instructions to HR
Take care of commission campaign:
- Ensure all compensation plan provided by the Strategy Support team are signed and compliant with the structure defined for the dedicated period
- Provide support to end users during the campaign, in order to ensure the campaign in properly filled in
- Ensure the inputs are done properly and results calculated accordingly to the calculation rules and inputs
Take care of annual compensation campaign:
- Provide support to end users during the campaign, in order to ensure the campaign is properly filled in
- Ensure the inputs are done properly and results calculated accordingly to the calculation rules and inputs
- Once the new packages are approved, send payouts instructions to HR
