Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your career will thrive at Merivale Retirement Village in Christchurch. You will flourish in assisting our residents to enjoy meaningful leisure activities. This is a permanent part time position working 26 hours per week from Tuesday to Friday
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- producing our weekly and monthly magazines
- engaging with our residents and family members
- delivering group activities for our residents that engage, provide social interaction and bring a sense of belonging
- connecting with community groups and supporting existing village run activities
- driving our Village bus and escorting residents on excursions
- organising special events and outings for our resident’s such as concerts, dinners and meetings
