THE ROLE

As a Social Director at T&Pm, you will be at the helm of our social media strategy, steering some of our most prestigious clients through the evolving social landscape.
In this era of social media prominence, we have crafted a dedicated team to produce premier, social-first content for over 20 European markets. We require a visionary leader with a knack for social strategy, an adeptness for crafting compelling content, and a profound understanding of various social media formats to spearhead our creative endeavours.
A successful Social Director is a hybrid—equal parts strategist, creative director, client liaison, and data interpreter.
We seek a versatile and passionate leader who thrives on managing social initiatives and bringing imaginative concepts to fruition. Your social-first mindset will be infectious, inspiring teams with your dynamism and zeal.
You will possess stellar communication skills, both oral and written, and will excel at crafting content narratives that captivate and engage.
We envisage a leader who recognises the multifaceted nature of social media—a spectrum that ranges from performance-driven advertisements to culture-defining content that elevates brand presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generating innovative social media concepts for Always-On engagement.
  • Leading collaboration with creative, client service, and production teams to deliver captivating content for various social platforms.
  • Translating insights into actionable social media plans in partnership with the strategy team.
  • Conducting social content and channel analysis to inform future strategies.
  • Ensuring brand consistency by coordinating with various departments and teams.
  • Nurturing and managing stakeholder relationships both within and outside the organisation.
