QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 to 3+ years of complete experience in a Digital Agency is a MUST.
  • Proficient in handling all social media channels, including content creation, communication strategies, and campaign execution.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of the consumer journey and how to align it with social media and digital strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for various brands across multiple platforms.
  • Create and curate engaging content, including copy, visuals, and multimedia for social media channels.
  • Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to help brands grow and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Design visually creative content, including comic strips, memes, and brand-focused posts.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and deliverables are timely and accurate.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Communicate with clients to understand briefs and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Assist the strategy and business teams in preparing proposal presentations and pitch materials.
