  • Must be happy to appear on the Dermalogica channels/be included in the content

Responsibilities:

  • Develop original content for the channels –focusing on repurposing influencer content and UGC from the Dermalogica community (in alignment with the Influencer Manager), as well as utilizing brand assets from our Global team, briefing into the graphic design team and creating in-house video and static content for all platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments (i.e. sales and education) to support total business activities.
  • Oversee all aspects of community management; moderate comments and private messages daily, alongside engaging with our audience in the Dermalogica brand voice efficiently to create a true digital community with our fans and followers.
  • Proactively comment on relevant accounts to help amplify the brand within skincare’s digital landscape.
  • Regularly (weekly and monthly) report on performance metrics for the channels by analysing data and using your learnings to create more content that excels.
  • Tracking organic sales from social to the brand eCommerce site.
  • Support brand influencer initiatives by working with agencies and the in-house PR team by helping facilitate relationships with suitable on-brand influencers and integrating their user generated content into the content calendar.
  • Collaborate closely with the Paid Social Media Manager to develop and execute the paid social campaigns, with a focus on complimenting the paid activity, maximising budget to reach monthly KPIs, and CRM with relevant organic storytelling.
  • Constantly monitor all platform developments - including the adoption of new features and other technologies as they become available.
  • Develop and implement promotions, giveaways and likeminded brand-collaborations to drive follower count on social platforms.
  • Attend company events where relevant to provide on-the-spot coverage for the brand i.e. new store openings/pop up events/awards ceremonies.
  • Have an always-on approach to social, there may be times where time is required outside of the usual office hours (evenings and weekends).
