ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a leading travel company operating multiple travel brands, including two of Ireland’s largest online travel agencies along with various boutique travel agencies. We aim to inspire and enable unforgettable journeys, and social media plays a vital role in engaging our audience and driving growth.
We are seeking a social media and Content Creation Specialist to manage and elevate the social media presence for our travel brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success with B2C brands, a passion for creativity, and expertise in content creation tools like Canva and CapCut.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience managing social media for B2C brands – 1-3 years.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and other video and image editing software.
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content for TikTok and Reels.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to grow our social media presence, reach and engagement with our audiences across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Create, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality video content (including UGC where you may be the face of the brand) and static images tailored to each platform.
- Platform Management: Optimise company social media pages to reflect brand identity and maximise reach.
- Community Engagement: Foster interaction with followers and manage social media responses in a professional and engaging manner.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our brands remain ahead of the curve.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics to track performance, optimise content, and provide insights to drive engagement, traffic, and revenue growth.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Paid Social Media team to ensure cohesion between organic and paid efforts, as well as with other departments to align campaigns with broader company goals.
- Earned Media Opportunities: Identify opportunities to leverage earned media and increase brand visibility.
- Support Marketing Initiatives: Assist in broader marketing efforts, ensuring the integration of social media into company campaigns.
