    We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to contribute to our efforts in engaging Glamox’s target groups in social media, particularly on LinkedIn. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and sharing content that aligns with our brand strategy and business objectives, helping to strengthen our communication efforts and connect with our audience effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms, with an understanding of B2B engagement strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with fluency in Norwegian.
  • Creative approach to content creation and storytelling.
  • Ability to proactively seek information and collaborate with various departments.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design or video editing software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with Glamox’s SoMe accounts, with primary focus on LinkedIn, ensuring engaging, high-quality content—stories, photos, and videos—that connects with our target audience.
  • Manage and post on our LinkedIn account, maintaining consistency, relevance, and quality in alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Work closely with the international marketing team and other departments to ensure that social media content supports and aligns with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to identify insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in social media engagement, particularly for B2B audiences, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist with additional marketing and communication tasks as required.
