Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

Predominantly based in our modern air-conditioned and easily accessible offices at Kibworth, South Leicestershire, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-time Social Media Manager to join our growing team. (Approx. 20 hours per week)

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools or software.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and promotes brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Be able to set measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and evidencing the Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Varied marketing opportunities, such as calling clients, introducers and forging new business relationships.
  • Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
