• Proven experience in managing and growing YouTube channels and social media accounts with a focus on driving engagement and traffic.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, particularly for YouTube and social media platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of Crisp TV’s YouTube channel, including content uploads, optimization, and audience engagement.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for higher search visibility and engagement.
• Manage Crisp TV’s social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) to drive traffic to the YouTube channel.
• Conduct keyword research and utilize the right keywords to ensure our content is discoverable and ranks high in search results.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, fostering discussions, and building a loyal community around our content.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, and social media insights to understand audience behavior and improve content strategies.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and other team members to maintain a consistent and high-quality content strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, YouTube algorithms, and digital marketing to ensure Crisp TV remains at the forefront of the industry.
