Our Company
1st Visa International is a London-based consultancy platform providing all-rounded business and immigration services for UK and international individuals. We are increasing our team and are looking for a social media assistant with the specifications listed below:
Main responsibilities and requirements
- Manage social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms (including WeChat, Facebook, RED, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok)
- Creating engaging content and posts to promote services
- Monitoring social media channels and responding to inquiries (for platforms including WeChat, Facebook, RED, Google, LinkedIn, and Tiktok)
- Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and records
- Supporting the team with marketing initiatives
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in editing pictures, videos and creative writing
- Work experience in social media management preferred
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks
- Mandarin speaking/writing language skills preferred
