Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Implementation of the social media strategy across key platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn for global outreach.
- Content Scheduling & Planning: Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with global timelines and brand objectives, focusing primarily on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Content Creation: Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with a B2B audience.
- Platform Management: Ensure consistent and engaging social media activity on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, growing brand visibility and engagement across these platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from Marketing Communications, Branding, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure social media initiatives are aligned with broader marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and content for better reach and engagement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of social media campaigns.
