Position: Community Manager
Hours: 6 hours per week to start, with a 30-day trial period and growth potential based on performance

• Content Calendar Management: Plan and execute a detailed social media calendar, creating captivating posts, reels, and stories aligned with La.BOTANICA’s voice.
• Engagement & Community Building: Use interactive posts, live sales, and email campaigns to grow our audience and foster a strong, engaged online community.
• Influencer Outreach: Develop a micro-influencer program to identify and collaborate with influencers aligned with La.BOTANICA’s mission, broadening brand reach.
• Content Repurposing: Transform blogs, newsletters, and other resources into cohesive social media content to maintain consistency across platforms.
