We are looking for a Community Manager to monitor and moderate communication on all flaconi social media channels to increase user engagement and customer loyalty.

YOUR ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Studied Communication, Public Relations, Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a similar field
  • Have several years of experience in Community Management or Social Marketing, and you know your way around social media platforms and user habits
  • Know all the common social media platforms inside and out, keep up with the latest trends, and understand social media KPIs
  • Great at writing catchy and creative copy, and have a big passion for community management
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level), both in writing and speaking
  • Understand Gen Z and Millennial cultures, and know their language, attitude, and expectations
  • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and adapt strategies accordingly

  • Experience in using social media management tools

Responsibilities:

  • Keep an eye on and manage user chats across all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest)
  • Boost engagement by starting engaging chats, jumping into conversations and responding to feedback
  • Switch up your tone based on the situation and community; replying with wit and a playful vibe
  • Connect with other social media profiles of users, brands, and influencers to raise our brand awareness
  • You are responsible for the social media listening, you track brand mentions and identify key opinion leaders as well as key topics
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by catching service-related requests and collaborating with the customer care department
  • Regularly measure activities, create reports and present them internally
