QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelors degree (or higher) in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Graphic Design or similar.
· 3+ years of professional experience in social media content creation, specializing in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
· Proven track record of growing accounts and increasing engagement (please share your portfolio, campaigns, or growth statistics to wow us!).

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

· In-depth understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, tools, algorithms, and audience behaviors.
· Exceptional video editing skills, with expertise in creating scroll-stopping reels and short-form videos.
· A creative flair for storytelling, with the ability to tailor content to different cultures and languages.
· Proactive and resourceful, with a natural talent for spotting and adapting emerging trends to our brands.
· Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
· Experience with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite and social media scheduling tools like Agorapulse.
