The Social Media Content Creator will be a vital part of delivering our company’s strategic planning and management in digital marketing and eCommerce, areas. The candidate will work closely with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to discuss action plans, monitor execution, and make necessary adjustments based on performance data.
The candidate will be closely involved in our Sales Preparation & Product Launch Stage, focusing on creating content to support new product launches and ensuring the sales team is well-equipped with social and digital content that drives interest and awareness. Once the product is launched, the focus shifts toward eCommerce sales and social portfolio management by driving sustained engagement, sales, and customer retention. The candidate ensures continuous content flow that aligns with ongoing promotional strategies and product optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Independently deliver weekly Content Creation
  • Comfortable Facing the Camera
  • Familiar with tools like Asana or Hootsuite for scheduling and project management
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Cap Cut, and Canva is essential.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with influencers, brand ambassadors, and the marketing team to create cohesive and visually appealing content.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.
  • A proactive approach to staying updated on the latest social media trends and tools

Responsibilities:

Sales Preparation & Product Launch Stage:

  • Pre-Launch Content: Develop teaser campaigns, countdowns, and product sneak peeks to generate interest and excitement leading up to product launches. Work with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team to ensure all content aligns with broader marketing strategies.
  • Sales Support Content: Collaborate with the Product and Sales team to create social and digital assets (product demos, infographics, user guides, testimonial videos) that will equip the sales team with content to drive interest and awareness.
  • Launch Campaign: Design and execute the launch day content, including announcements across social platforms, eCommerce listings, and newsletters. Regularly review campaign performance with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Real-Time Engagement: Actively monitor and engage with followers, customers, and influencers during the launch period. This engagement will be tracked and reviewed with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team to make real-time adjustments if needed.

Routine eCommerce Sales and Social Presence Management Stage:

  • Ongoing Content Creation: Maintain a regular content schedule that includes promotions, user-generated content (UGC), reviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversion rates) on social platforms and eCommerce listings. Continuously communicate with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team to adjust strategies and ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Cross-Promotion: Collaborate with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team and broader sales team to create cross-promotional content that aligns with paid media strategies, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
  • Community Building: Engage with customers post-purchase to encourage reviews, testimonials, and repeat purchases. Regularly review the success of community engagement initiatives with the eCommerce and Digital Marketing team to refine strategies as needed.
