POSITION OVERVIEW: ACCOUNT MANAGER

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure the smooth execution of social media campaigns. In this role, you’ll oversee campaign timelines, post content across platforms, and act as the on-site quality checker during photoshoots and video shoots.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with creative teams, and has a strong eye for content quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or client relations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a good eye for content aesthetics.
  • Bonus: Experience with Chinese social media platforms or bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin).

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Posting & Management
  • Manage and post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RED), ensuring consistency with client branding and best practices for each platform.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organized posting.
  1. Client Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations, gathering feedback, and providing regular updates on campaign progress.
  1. On-Site Quality Control
  • Attend photoshoots and video shoots to ensure the creative framework is executed as planned by the content team.
  • Provide immediate feedback during shoots to align with client objectives and branding standards.
  1. Campaign Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams (content creators, designers, editors) to ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate deliverables and timelines to meet project milestones.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Adjustments
  • Track and report on campaign performance, gathering insights to implement improvements where necessary.
  1. Content Quality Assurance
  • Review content before posting to ensure it meets client standards and adheres to platform requirements.
