A lifestyle Hotel based on London’s eccentric South Bank. With 359 bedrooms, award-winning food and drink outlets and an electric energy, Sea Containers London is a destination where glamour meets brutalism – and it’s your London anchor on the River Thames.
Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.
The Social Media & Content Executive will be responsible for implementing the social media content strategy and community management for Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch social media channels.
This creative and analytical role requires a skill for storytelling and passion for social media and content creation, along with a grasp of current and emerging cultural and lifestyle trends.
We’re looking for a social media native - a sociable and adaptable team player with experience of working across social media channels within the hospitality industry – either in-house or agency side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-brand social media strategies for our London hotels to increase brand visibility and engagement, in line with the overall marketing strategy
  • Plan and produce the monthly content calendars for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn in-line with brand pillars and the wider hotel marketing calendar

  • Coordinate content shoots, producing mood boards and creative briefs
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to capture content
  • Manage the digital content library for both properties
  • Active awareness and interest in emerging and current social media trends, ensuring our content remains innovative and competitive
  • Analyse social media metrics and performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and drive channel performance and conversion
