QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong writing, editing, and communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within the GCC region (UAE/Saudi Arabia preferred).
  • Creative Skills: Ability to create engaging content (text, image, and video) that is on-brand and culturally relevant.
  • Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of social media trends, tools, and platforms in the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience with social media management tools and analytics to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Cultural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the social and cultural nuances in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring content is tailored to local audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in creating content for lifestyle, automotive, tech, or fashion industries is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This mid-career role requires a passionate, creative, and bilingual (Arabic/English) professional who can manage our social media channels, engage with our audience, and craft content that resonates with our growing communities in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.As the Social Media Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand’s voice, creating engaging content that aligns with current trends, and fostering meaningful connections with our audience. You will also monitor analytics to ensure the success and growth of our social media presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Social Media Channels: Oversee and actively manage the brand’s presence across key social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strong focus on engagement in the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
  • Content Creation: Develop, plan, and execute creative and culturally relevant content (both in Arabic and English) that reflects the latest trends, ensures brand consistency, and speaks to the target audience.
  • Audience Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with the brand’s audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Trendspotting: Stay on top of social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital innovations that can be leveraged to increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, content strategies, and brand initiatives.
  • Social Media Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using platforms like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Create content that resonates with the Arabic-speaking audience in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, respecting local cultures, values, and sensitivities.
