REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingual in English and French, with excellent copywriting skills in both languages.
  • Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, creative, innovative and tech-savvy
  • Proficient with video editing tools, social media platforms, content creation tools and social performance analysis
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative content and social media successes.
  • Passionate about trail running and endurance sports, and able to travel to trail running events
  • Copywriting in Spanish is an asset

Responsibilities:

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our storytelling, inspiring our community through creative and engaging content. You’ll:

  • Create: Craft compelling, high-quality video, photo and copy content for our social media platforms that captures the essence of trail running and endurance sports.
  • Plan: Populate the social media calendar for all major platforms, aligned with brand goals and key events
  • Engage: Foster genuine connections with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic way.
  • Innovate: Stay ahead of trends to ensure our content is fresh, exciting, and cutting-edge.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our marketing and partnerships team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and goals, ensuring a seamless content creation across different voices and platforms.
  • Analyze: Monitor content performance using analytics tools to identify what resonates with our audience, quickly adapting strategies and content types to maximize engagement and reach.
