THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team in Greenford, London!
The successful candidate will help implement B2B social marketing campaigns for our portfolio of brands on a global level. You’ll be responsible for collecting, curating, scheduling, and posting content (organic and paid) to social media accounts, as well as engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for film, television, technology; loves both social media and marketing, and is energetic, organised, enthusiastic, creative, and technologically savvy.
The Social Media Coordinator will provide support for the Panavision Group brands - Panavision, Panalux, Light Iron, and Island Studios.
This role will be required to work in an office setting on a hybrid basis.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Collaborate with our brand social media leads to manage calendars, execute campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Create compelling video, photo, and text content (including for live events, product launches, and client promotions) that resonates with our audience, demonstrating strong copywriting skills aligned with our brand voice.
- Analyze social media data, generate reports, and execute paid social media using Meta Business Manager to optimize performance and support lead generation.
- Explore new social tactics and platform functionalities, liaising with Creative and Copywriting teams for higher-tier needs.
- Maintain social calendars, manage tagging protocols, identify gaps in messaging/post schedules, escalate conflicts, and coordinate approval workflows.
- Follow social trends within the film industry and among competitor brands, curate ongoing project lists, and manage social media engagement through active campaign monitoring (likes, reshares, comments).
- Assist social media leads with administrative tasks (direct messages, hashtag library, VIP lists, key dates, crisis management), source and manage photo/video assets, and generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports.
- Capture and cover social media content for company-hosted events and trade shows as needed.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 2-3 years of social media marketing experience.
- B2B social media experience.
- Passion for the film and television industry.
- Knowledge of the pre, production and post-production is a STRONG plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
