Location – Gadbrook Park, Northwich (Office Based)
Contract – 3 month Fixed Term. Social Media Team
Shift Pattern – 8am-4pm / 12pm-8pm including a 1 in every 3 weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
  • Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice and fashion, to nutrition, fitness or food and beverage.
  • Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
