Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience at an advertising or consulting agency.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and communications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with paid media.
  • Demonstrated experience with social media platform management, content development, analytics and listening tools.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries or with government agencies to build social media communications plans.
  • Experience developing public health plans and strategies.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft word.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of potentially 3-5 direct reports.
  • Guide and coach junior staff and creative services specialists on industry best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing.
  • Provide written and oral feedback on employee performance.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, including planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Work closely with account teams and clients to develop and execute organic and paid social and digital media strategy.
  • Create social media content, including copy and image assets and work with creative teams on social media best practices.
  • Lead and oversee the development and implementation of influencer marketing programs for federal and state agencies.
  • Manage analytics for clients’ programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Compile and present detailed reports for client leadership, highlighting ROI and KPIs, and explain insights to ensure clear understanding and strategic alignment.
  • Develop social listening reports and analyze social volume, trends, and conversations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support new business capture and assist with contract scoping recommendations.
  • Ability to work independently, seek help as needed and contribute to team and company culture.
  • Be a creative thinker and problem solver.
