Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience at an advertising or consulting agency.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and communications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with paid media.
- Demonstrated experience with social media platform management, content development, analytics and listening tools.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries or with government agencies to build social media communications plans.
- Experience developing public health plans and strategies.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft word.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of potentially 3-5 direct reports.
- Guide and coach junior staff and creative services specialists on industry best practices.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing.
- Provide written and oral feedback on employee performance.
- Manage projects from concept to execution, including planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
- Work closely with account teams and clients to develop and execute organic and paid social and digital media strategy.
- Create social media content, including copy and image assets and work with creative teams on social media best practices.
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of influencer marketing programs for federal and state agencies.
- Manage analytics for clients’ programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Compile and present detailed reports for client leadership, highlighting ROI and KPIs, and explain insights to ensure clear understanding and strategic alignment.
- Develop social listening reports and analyze social volume, trends, and conversations.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- Support new business capture and assist with contract scoping recommendations.
- Ability to work independently, seek help as needed and contribute to team and company culture.
