Description:

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing Care Fertility’s social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
In this role you’ll create high-quality content. Content that isn’t just visually appealing; but content that serves a purpose. One that engages with our audience, drives brand awareness, and continues to grow our presence across our channels with the right audience.
In addition to creating content, you’ll also monitor comments and respond to them, analyse social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance while identifying areas for improvement.
This role will work closely with the marketing team to support the delivery of the business and marketing objectives.
About you:
You’ve got a few years post-grad experience in in-house marketing. You’re either a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing Executive or have successfully operated in a similar role.
You have a strong understanding of social media, what are the current trends and how do we stay on top of them – but also, what the future looks like? You have experience of multiple tools such as Canva, Google My Business, or Adobe Creative - but you need to be an expert at Hootsuite. You also have great video editing skills.
You’re a creative thinker, you have a passion for storytelling and content creation that truly resonates with your audience and establishes a long relationship with them.
Healthcare experience would be great, because then you’ll have a greater understanding of what we need and how the market operates.

In this role, you’ll be provided with the autonomy to deliver what you need to.
Location/benefits
This is a hybrid role where you’ll mostly work from home, however you’ll also need to attend monthly team meetings too.

  • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience
